About Stonehouse Overseas Property Consultants..

Stonehouse Overseas was set up by Bob Matthews, as part of the Stonehouse brand.

Bob has been in financial services for nearly 20 years.

From this he learn't that many of his clients were considering buying in Spain and needed mortgage advice. Having helped his clients with the financial issue he proceeded to set up Stonehouse Overseas offering the clients a total service.

It was a natural progression to assist clients in finding & financing overseas properties and Stonehouse Overseas have thus far assisted countless clients in purchasing properties in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy & also in Dubai.

Where did Bob Buy?

Since launching this unique service, Bob now owns his own properties at Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort in Murcia, which like the better resorts in the area, is fast becoming a regular golf holiday destination for many UK and Dutch golfers.

Comprehensive Service

Bob Mathews has gradually expanded the services Stonehouse offer to encorporate the whole sales process starting from finding a property to offering Spanish mortgage advise, arranging deposits for the purchase, and has a network of professionals to assist with legal issues, tax issues and down to even the basics such as furniture finding, pool maintenance, garden maintenance, rentals and all other areas of the ongoing process.

Kate Cumming

Kate is the operation's director of the Stonehouse brand and has been with the company for 7 years. She believes there is no such wording as ' can't help ' as such strives to look after clients interests at all times.

Stephen Campbell

Stephen has been in financial services industry for 10 years. He has personally invested into the Polaris development and along with offering financial advice acts as one of Stonehouses property consultants.

Robin Warner

Robin has been in financial services for 15 years and currently is Stonehouse's fully qualified financial adviser.

Where We Are Located (Uk & Spain)

Stonehouse Overseas offices are based in the Crawley UK but we also have a representative office in Murcia, which provides advice and support to our clients as well as assisting with purchases at any of the main golf resorts.

Representative Network

There is now a network of associate representatives at PolarisWorld, Roda Golf, Mar Menor , Corvera Golf, El Valle, La Loma, La Torre, Hacienda Requelme and Mosa Trajectum, all working with Stonehouse Overseas Property in Spain to help find our clients the right property.
